Remember, Crown Pearls handpicks all of the material used, designs, and produces each piece to our highest standards.

Shipping News

Crown Pearls uses all forms of delivery UPS, FEDEX, even the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. Crown will attempt to get your order to you as fast, and as safe as we possibly can. All of this will be done for the lowest possible shipping costs available. However, if you do have a preference let us know.

Returns

Our return policy is set up for your benefit. Crown Pearls customers have 14 days from the date of invoice for complete satisfaction for your return. All merchandise should be returned with the invoice or a copy, and with all the tags in place on the merchandise. If a problem does rear its head, we are the problem solvers, and your satisfaction will be our top priority.
